Rental Requirments

  1. Valid Driver’s License in the Renter’s Name
  2. Major Credit Card in the Renter’s Name – We will take an authorization for the value of the rented gear at pickup. Please note that your credit card must have this value available toward the credit line. Debit Cards, Check cards or Apple Pay are not acceptable as collateral for rentals.
  3. For rentals exceeding $5,000 in gear, Proof of Insurance by the renter must be provided in advance of all rental pickups.
  4. Cash Deposit – Renter may provide a cash deposit for the value of the rental gear at the time of pickup. This deposit will be returned once the rental is returned.
  5. Renters are 100% responsible for all rental equipment once the rental equipment leaves Pictureline.
  6. Rentals will be charged at the day rate for equipment that is lost or stolen until Pictureline is reimbursed for the full replacement cost of the equipment.

  • You can pick up your rental any time after 9:00am (10:00am on Saturdays) on the day it is reserved. Rentals are due back between 9:00am and 11:00am (10:00am - 12:00pm on Saturdays) the following day or whatever the agreed upon day is. 

  • We do offer an early pickup of the rental equipment for FREE. Early pickup is available the day before your rental between 4:00pm and 5:30pm. Early pickup is not available on Saturdays.
