Rental F.A.Q.

Q: What is the rental period? When can I pick up an item and when is it due back?
A: You can pick up your rental any time after 9:30am (10:30am on Saturdays) on the day it is reserved. Rentals are due back by 9:30am (10:30am on Saturdays) the following day or whatever the agreed upon day is. Open Monday - Friday at 8:30am for early rental dropoff only

Q: Can I pick up my rental the night before?
A: We do offer an early pickup of rental equipment for FREE; however, because it is possible that the gear is rented to another customer, we can not guarantee your item will be available for early pickup. If you absolutely need a rental item before the 9:30am pickup time (10:30am pickup time on Saturdays), we highly recommended that you reserve it for an additional day.

Q: What are the requirements for renting?
A: We require some basic information to be kept on file, including a cell phone number where we can contact you, your drivers license, and a credit card to be kept on file in the event that items are lost, stolen, or returned damaged.

Q: Do you offer discounts for long rentals?
A: We do! We offer a 4-day week, so you can keep the item for 7 days and pay for only 4.

Q: If I rent on a Saturday, do I have to pay for Sunday as well?
A: Because we are not open on Sundays, you don't have to pay for it! If you rent an item on Saturday, it is due back Monday morning by 9:30am and will be billed for one day.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: We require 48 hours notice to cancel a rental. If 48 hours notice is not given, 20% of the total rental fee will be assessed.

Q: What happens if I don't pick up my rental?
A: We will charge 50% of the rental price to your card.

Q: Can I put my rental fee toward a purchase?
A: Yes! You can take one day of your rental fee and put it toward purchase of a comparable product within two weeks of the rental.
